The garden will be open for snowdrops on 3rd, 10th, 14th and 17th February 2013 from 1.30pm. IN THE EVENT OF SEVERE WEATHER WE MAY CLOSE AND IT IS ADVISABLE TO RING BEFORE VISITING. The house and garden will be open in 2013 on Easter Monday 1st April: 2 - 5pm, then Wednesdays, Saturdays and Bank Holidays, beginning of May to end of September: 2 - 5pm (not guided tours). The house is also open for guided tours for group bookings for 15 or more people at other times (any time of year) by prior appointment. Groups fewer than 15 should consider coming on open days unless they wish to pay for 15 people (minimum charge £120). Guided tours of the house usually last about one hour. Groups of 5 or more people may also book to see the garden at other times and a guided tour of the garden may also be booked. Coaches please book even when we are open but individuals need not book when we are open. |
House and garden: £8.00 per person. Children age 5-15 £4.00. (See left re minimum charge.) Garden only: £5.00 per person. Children age 5-15 £1.00. Guided tour of garden: £40.00 per group (on top of entry fee). When booking please make quite clear whether you wish to do the tour of the house and garden or just the garden only. Refreshments available on most open days and can be organised for groups (20+). Morning coffee £2.50, tea and cakes £4.00. Charges: all charges to be paid no later than the day of the visit and groups visiting are asked to pay for entrance and refreshments together. Cheques payable to S Biddulph please.
