Visitor Information

The Manor – house and garden – will re-open on Wednesday 1st May and the 2024 season will run from 1st May – Saturday 28th September.  The Manor is open on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons and Bank Holidays 2pm to 5pm -please note that last entry to the house is 4:15pm – during public opening our tearoom is open serving teas, coffee and homemade cakes.

Update for June 2024 – due to high demand, we have decided to extend the opening hours in June – 1st, 5th, 8th, 12th, 15th, 19th, 22nd, 26th & 29th – we will be open 11am – 5pm.  During these hours our tearoom will be open serving light bites, teas, coffee & cakes.

Please note that the Manor – house and garden – will be closed on Saturday 26th July due to performances by Opera Brava – please see our Events page for more details.

The price is House and Garden – £14 for adults/£7 children 5 – 15 or Garden – £10 for adults/£5 children 5- 15. Contactless card payment is preferred please.

Members of Historic Houses may visit at this time free of charge under the Members Access Scheme.

If you are interested in bringing a group for a private guided tour of the house we can provide these by prior appointment and outside of public opening times. Please do get in touch so we can discuss your requirements.

 

Group Guided tour of House (also includes garden entrance) £17 per person, subject to minimum group total of £340.

Garden only: £10 per person, subject to minimum group total of £200.

Guided tour of garden: £60 per 20 people (on top of entry fee).

When booking please make quite clear whether you wish to do the tour of the house and garden or just the garden only.

Refreshments are available during public opening and can be organised for groups (20+). Morning coffee £2.40, tea and cakes £6.00.

Charges: all charges to be paid no later than the day of the visit and groups visiting are asked to pay for entrance and refreshments together. Payment can be by BACS, credit card, cheque or cash. Cheques payable to J Biddulph please.

Groups: Please inform us whether you are coming by coach or cars. Will the leader be paying for everyone including for refreshments?  If you are running late please keep us informed of progress on 07776 405887 or 07802504540.

Rodmarton Manor is off the A433 between Cirencester and Tetbury.

If approaching from the Stroud direction turn off the A419 at Jolly Nice/Frampton Mansell junction. Please note this is a narrow lane unsuitable for coaches, which should head to Cirencester and approach via A433.

There is ample parking.

There are WCs in the grounds.

Wheelchairs: can do ground floor of the house and most of the garden.

Refreshments available on most open days and can be organised for groups by prior arrangement (20+).

No dogs please.

Photography is not permitted in the house.
